How to Register

1. Complete the Registration Form

2. Return the form to the Town Hall (include the registration fee if applicable)

Which form do I use?  There is a different form for each program (although they are similar at times).  Regristration forms are titles according to the program that you wish to register for.

Where do I find a registration form?  Registration forms can be obtained from multiple locations.  They can be found under the "activities" tab, picked up in the main office at the Town Hall, or you can contact the Recreation Department and have them mailed to you.  

Where do I return the registration form?  Return the registration form to the main office of the Town Hall.  Business hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.  After business hours, forms can be dropped in the mailbox located in front of the building.  if you would like to mail the registration form, our mailing address is 818 First NH Turnpike, Northwood, NH 03261.

Who do I make the checks payable to?  "Town of Northwood".  If you would like to pay with cash, please register during business hours to obtain a receipt.
